"What do you say when you call a hotel at 11:30 pm needing accommodations due to a mechanical mishap and the desk clerk says the ONLY room they have is a jacuzzi suite for $164 per night only to turnaround and book a different room online for 20% less?? What do you say when you arrive to check-in and the same clerk starts barking orders about not smoking in the room and checking out before 11am? What do you say about a hotel that, when you arrive in the room there is a 1/2” gap at the bottom of the door that allows insects to freely enter? What do you say about a hotel with a dirty room and a hand written sign that says that they will not clean the room for 3 days? Bad Service and Dirty Rooms = Days Inn by Wyndham Hampton Stay there at your own risk!!!"

"This hotel was amazing! Front desk staff was so warm and welcoming! The room was immaculate and smelled so fresh. NO CARPET!!! The mattress was the absolute most luxurious and comfortable I've ever slept on, even better than other 4 star hotels I've stayed in. The linens were top of the line soft and luxurious. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding!! My only regret is that I was only staying the one night. 5 star hotel!! I highly recommend staying here."
