"It’s impossible to get in touch with them, I called multiple times about closing an account and was put on hold for 30+ minutes, transferred to Texas, when I finally reached the correct branch I was put on hold for another 30+ minutes THEN hung up on. I called again because I had serious issues with my account and I was told “Hang on, I can help you.” Click, hung up on AGAIN. Ridiculous and horrible customer service, you have to jump through hoops to get in touch with anyone and because there is no email and the app is severely outdated your only option is to call and hope to God someone answers and doesn’t hang up on you or send you to a transfer loophole. I don’t recommend this bank. No customer service, fraud department sucks, app sucks, website sucks, APR rates suck, literally NO benefits for having an account here over other banks."
