"DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. I got a car loan i have to physically take my payments in cash or get large fees. Even online services charge you. I will be refinancing this car as soon as able. WORST experience with a bank i have ever had. Plus completely forgot calling your banker. They only go to main offices and they don't even help and are extremely rude."

"Horrible experience! Avoid this location altogether and you’ll be fine! First off, the girl behind the counter mumbled and had the personality of a door knob. Then, instead of answering any questions, she silently summoned her lump of a manager…also, the personality of a door knob…seems to be a theme at this location. If it weren’t for the shiny happy people with great customer service at the Spartanburg location, this experience at the Taylors, SC branch would’ve caused me to move our banking elsewhere. Again, stay away from this location and you’ll be good!"
