Jersey Mike's Subs 721 South Main Street, Statesboro, GA 30458

"Have been to Jersey Mike's quite a few times and have always enjoyed it. But today was something new. When in around 1:15 PM and was told they couldn't do my order because they had a large pickup order. So they turn away customers who are there for pickup orders. Interesting way to do business."

"Tryied to get subs an half hour before close. They had randomly decided to close early and made excuses about being low (not out) of bread. No real apology and no offer to take care of the customer now or later. Now I see negative reviews being removed. Why?"

"Daughter picked up 3 subs to bring to the hospital where we were at. She asked for no oregano on all 3. She sat with my grandkids while they were being made. She said a young man kept asking her repeatedly what each sub should have on it as if saying, “no oregano”, threw him completely off. She said he acted new. He was the only one making sandwiches. When she dropped the subs off at the hospital and we opened the subs they were all completely wrong, toppings were slopped on and what should have been an easy sandwich to eat on your lap….ended up in the trash. Bread was like a rock, oregano on all 3 and so much oil that they were impossible to even hold."

"It was fairly busy today. I waited in line patiently for my turn to order. I placed my order for 2 grilled items. It was written down and then placed on top of the meat/ cheese fridge and forgotten. 9 orders were taken after mine and made. I went and asked the girl if she was going to start my order anytime soon, since I had placed my order before the 9 people in line after me, that had already recieved their food. She very rudely told me she'd get to it. Finally when my order was ready, she slammed it on the counter and walked off. I frequent J.M. weekly and have never been treated so rudely. I'm normally a very patient, understanding person, having worked in the food industry but there was absolutely no excuse for this behavior."

"The young man at the register was super friendly. We let him know it was our first time here and asked him what he would recommend, he let us know he liked the philli cheese and that’s exactly what we got. It was delicious, honestly you don’t see much of customer service in this day and age but he was awesome! We will be back"
