"The Food as taken a hit over the past 4 years. Nacho Chips are Stale even early in the day. The portions of many items have been drastically reduced. The Staff were Great and Friendly though."

"Wednesday night, 12/27/2023 at approximately 10:00pm I placed a mobile order for Taco Bell to be picked up at the drive thru. I got there around 10:30pm. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 3am. There were at least 3 employees inside, but no one was taking orders/working. Mind you I had already placed an order so I paid for food. No type of customer service nor professionalism was exhibited that night. While I was there, at least 8 other cars pulled into the restaurant to be serviced. Employees were just riding the clock basically. Any other time we go food is missing, orders are wrong and employees are rude! Restaurant should be shut down!"

"who ever laura r is working at the register has the worst customer service i have ever seen. was rushing us to order the second anything would come out of our mouths, was talking over us and giving us an attitude. tried to order a nacho bell grande meal and completely ignored it three times until the end, then removed the first pepsi we had so we only got one and when we tried to ask for the second one she once again started talking over us about sauce and didn’t even try to figure out or fix the issue. i have never left a review like this in my life but this is the third time in a row this has happened. i work in food service myself and am a GM and if my staff ever spoke to a customer the way this girl did i would fire them on the spot. insane."

"Well... this experience was horrible. My boyfriend and I went last night to order from Taco Bell. Can't say we enjoyed our time. We ordered our food online and went to the window, told the girl our name and she told us to pull around to the window. She handed our bag immediately and closed the window without a word. We waited for her to hand our drinks out, but she didn't. She turned away to play around with another coworker before walking out the front door. We waited a few minutes hoping she'd see we hadn't moved, she never returned. We pulled back around to the speaker box, seeing 6 or so of the workers sitting outside in front of the doorway. The girl who served us saw us waiting and took her time before going back inside. We informed her of our missing drinks and she handed them without question. They were already prepped, she never paid attention to give them. We left the restaurant and I checked our bag to find it being someone else's order through UberEats. We had to return to Taco Bell once again, parked this time so we could show the girl her mistakes and our true order, but before my boyfriend could speak a word she said, "lobby is closed. Use the window." We parked close by to their group and she waited for my boyfriend to walk up to her before informing him of the closed lobby. Not to mention they were all smoking weed and we smelled it before exiting the vehicle. We pull to the window, again. Tell her our correct order and waited for about 10 minutes, she returns with a new bag of food and hands it without a word, again. No apology, nothing. She closes the window in our faces again and returns outside to her co-workers to continue their weed session. This was terrible service."

"Food is great, but they cannot for the life of them get an order correct....STOP GIVING ME SOUR CREAM! I don't remove ingredients from my order because I feel like making your life difficult. I literally can't eat anything that I ordered (they even gave me Fiesta Potatoes with sour cream instead of the cheese sauce for my chips)."
