"Obvious that no one in there cares to be there. I’ve been rang up wrong, multiple times by some blonde kid. Ever since Melissa, the old manager, left.. these kids are running this subway down fast. I think some type of authority figure there would benefit. I LOVE subway, but I dread going to this location."

"Did an online order while in the store to get the promotion of buy one get 1/2 off, while they were making the sandwiches, I asked them just to toast the bread and not the meats They toasted the meat anyways and I asked him to remake it, they refused And they did not have the authority to remake sandwiches. I asked if I could talk to the manager they refuse to call the manager. I asked them to write that on a receipt with their names. Here is the receipt. They would not offer a refund. So, instead, I walked out with my wife’s food and not mine. they just stole $13 from me."

"Well, I did an online order, and I mistakenly did not put in the time that I wanted to pick up. Called the store immediately. Told the young lady that answered the phone that the time was not correct, and I wanted to pick up my sandwiches up at 7:50 pm. I said I wanted to pick up at 7:50 more than once. Because on the app, you can not edit the time online. She said ok, they put on the receipt. I said 7, and they made the sandwiches at freaking 6:50, so they had been sitting there over a freaking hour. So I asked kindly before I got upset. Ok, since yall got the time wrong after I had called and said more than one, I want to pick them up at 7:50. Can you remake the sandwiches? Oh, I'm sorry we can't. Ok, well, refund my money. Oh, we can't refund the online order. That's a lie. Well, give me the mangers name. Oh, she said not to give her name, this is after they called her. Ok, well, I need the store mangers name, sorry. Ok, well.give me the district mangers name. Oh, we can't. Ok. Well, I will dispute thru my bank and get my money back. Since I did not get my food. Subway, yall just lost a loyal customer."
