"We walked into an empty store as the cashier was at the register. As we got closer to the register, the cashier literally walked away while the other lady was making a to go meal. I asked for 1 churro, and the lady started walking toward the food, just shaking her head yes. During our wait, a delivery guy came in and said "how's everybody doing today" .... neither one of the ladies responded. There was clearly some kind of hostility or animosity in the air.. The lady who heated our churro handed it to the other lady who was in the middle of a to go transaction. She asked if she had rang us up, and she shook her head no. So the one who was actually busy and working had to stop what she was doing to ring up our 1 churro. I said thank you and got no response. Needless to say, we will not return."

"What I ordered vs what I received. Bologna , ham, turkey but I only see two different meats can’t tell what they are and no cheese. Online order showed employee my receipt but she wanted to see my name on it. Finally gave me the sub I paid online for. Really rude!"

"13 bucks for a HALF full protein bowl? Nope, and the chick at the counter was snarky with my daughter... there's too many sub shops in the Boro to put up with that. Will happily spend my money elsewhere."

"Unfortunately, the place was very dirty. To make things worts, there was only 1 employee attending about 16 customers in line. By the time it was our turn there was no lettuce which I love. And to top our visit the fountain machine was one of the most disgusting and nasty equipment in the place. Sure, will not return here."

"Like new furniture, much more comfortable. Music way too loud!! Had tuna sub, was fresh. Don't like baha sauce, bring back Chipotle sauce."
