Firehouse Subs Orangeburg 3291 Saint Matthews Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118

"Came to this location because it was relatively new and closer to our home than other locations. I should have just went to West Columbia. I went through the drive-through and the girl taking my order just wasn't nice at all. I told her what I wanted and after I asked if they came with drinks. She barked back with "you didn't ask for combos." Usually any other firehouse subs asks me if I want to make it a combo. She didn't ask if I wanted a half or whole sub, so she took it upon herself to make it a half. Which isn't what I wanted. I was just thoroughly disappointed with the customer service. I was extremely nice and I would expect the same energy. I also filled out the survey on the receipt and requested a call back, but never heard anything. Probably won't waste another 30 buck for 2 small sandwiches here again."

"Takeout order, drink was forgotten and employee talked/argued with her coworker for over a minute while she slowly got me a cup. Eventually she planted a large drink on the counter and moved on (had ordered medium). What happened to human connection?"

"We went here while on a trip to somewhere. They were very friendly and the food was warm and fresh. It's decorated nicely too."

"12:30 on a Tuesday. Ordered an Italian. 13 minutes from receipt printing to sandwich in hand. I asked the customer in front of me if she had ever had the Mac and cheese and the cashier overheard me and said “don’t get it man”. Tables not cleaned and staff not friendly. The food was alright."
