"Well, the review is two-fold. The dentist is very good. However, before the appointment, I am sent a confirmation of the appointment, both by text and email. I confirm both. Still, the office calls me the day before, to confirm the appointment, after I have confirmed twice electronically. I work nights, and these calls interrupt my sleep. When I called back to confirm by voice, the female on the line seemed condescending, when questioned about why she is calling, after I have already confirmed the appointment TWICE. If the office cannot quit calling me while I am trying to sleep, I am going to have to find an alternative dental service, from another provider. I wanted to give the receptionist a piece of my mind during my last office visit."
