"My team’s experience was awesome. I had a big group of 20 and the night shift for Saturday (12/09/2023) took care of all of us efficiently. Every single team member had great customer service, and they got the food out to us very fast and it was hot and ready for us. I highly recommend the Zaxby’s at this location. "My order is not ready 15 min after the app said it would be ready. Without any notice anywhere in the place, The restaurant quit taking inperson orders, so I had to go to my car to order on my phone. The app gave me the time then told me it was ready. However, the girl behind the counter says she hasn’t received it yet. While standing here about 20 customers were turned away because the counter was not taking orders. Very poor organization. Very poor app Very poor service."
"Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, was pulled up and had 6 vehicles behind me get their food. All I had was 2 meals. When I received my food there was bbq sauce all over my food trays. Wouldn’t eat here again if it was the last place to go"
"Lisa is AWESOME! She was taking care of all the orders and made sure everyone had exactly what they ordered. AND she had a smile and pleasant attitude the whole time. The food was delishious! better than most other Zaxbys in the area. Thank you to the kitchen staff for all their hard work. Best team I've seen in a while!!!"
