"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY. My birth control was supposed to renew before my new insurance kicked in. two whole weeks later I still do not have my birth control because of an issue on THIS COMPANY's end. I called and spoke to Supervisor PAUL who admit that their system "glitched" and did not send renewal. They are expecting me to pay out of my own pocket for a prescription that should have been renewed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GARBAGE COMPANY who even when they admit fault, wont fix any of the issues. Currently working with an attorney who is helping me with this case against them."
