McDonald's

"Ordered my food and my card paid for most of the total but I still owed $2. I was getting really anxious because there were people behind me waiting to order, I was calling my husband to put more money on the card and the sweet lady behind the counter covered me. I was thankful for her kindness and selflessness. Got our food and it was nice and hot."

"All the ingredients that go on a Big Mac like the special sauce lettuce onion was put right in the middle of my burger. Like only in the middle. The cheese was halfway hanging out of the bun. I had to assemble my burger before I could eat it or everything would have been in the middle and not all over. Service was pretty good. I just think the kitchen should know when you eat a burger you want the sauce to be all over it as well as the lettuce and onion and pickle instead of throne right in the middle. Not spread out at all."

"I placed my order on the kiosk and started my wait. People had been there for awhile, so I knew it wouldn't be fast. The girl preparing orders asked me what I had and got it together after a bit. Either they don't get the orders (broken machine?) Or the entire system is broke."

"I would give less stars if I could. Son placed mobile order for counter pickup. Got notice it was ready. Walked in but doors were locked and they said he had to go to drive through. Have now been in line nearly AN HOUR. But the mobile app has no way to cancel order. I will certainly NEVER use the app or go to this McDonald’s again. Also they don’t have one of the items for the order."

"This particular McDonald’s is located inside of a gas shopping center type location adjacent to Loves Travel Center. I it is nice and clean inside. However, I was a little disappointed that my fries were not hot. However, I will say it was edible as McDonald’s is one of my favorite fast food places. It is right off of the main highway close to the intersection of section of 77 and 26 in Columbia. The gas station itself is very convenient. It has a small dog park and nice clean restrooms. The restaurant is also kid friendly. Once you get off the highway if you’re headed to the Williams Brice Stadium, this is a good place to stop for a break . There are many eateries close by and right in this area. If you drive further up towards town, you won’t see any more fast food restaurants for a while - unless you know where you going . #Ttip: If you go in the wrong direction, you might end up in a few neighborhoods that don’t interest you - keep going. Believe me I am from the area, born and raised."
