"I am very displeased with my recent experience at this pharmacy and will be transferring my childrens pharmacy tomorrow. I pulled into their drive-thru approximately 4-5 minutes before they closed with 2 cars in front of me. The 1st car took about 2mins from the time I arrived to be served before they drove off. The 2nd car was parked, and I sat there and wondered why she didn't pull to the window immediately after the 1st car pulled off and learned that she was caring for her newborn baby in the driver seat. She hopped out of the driver seat to secure her baby in the carseat in the backseat, which took another 2 minutes. When this 2nd car got to the window, I overheard the lady working and informed her that she was the last car she was going to serve and that she was going to run. I later learned that this person at the window name was (Angela). She later instructed the women in the 2nd vehicle that her card was in the bag and that driver took off. I proceeded to the window and immediately got out of the car to see if I could get a glimpse at the individual that was working and when I say they ran out of the pharmacy, they were gone! At this point, I'm very upset that this woman saw my vehicle and knew she had 1 more person to serve (me for my childs medicine) and took off. I pulled to the side of the building where the bring curbside grocery out and knocked at that door to ask who was working their pharmacy tonight and learned that Tony was the Pharmacist and Angela was the tech working. Guys, I understand what it is like to have a long day at work and be ready to get off. What I dont understand is how you can be in a profession as serious as providing people's medication and dont take an extra 2mins to out of your day to serve your customer because of your long day! I wasn't sitting and waiting in your line for candy, this was my childs medicine. Y’all ought to be ashamed of yourselves! Your action was both inconsiderate and unprofessional! Blessings"

"Slow as HECK!!! Went to pick up meds via the drive through. Every car ahead of me waited so long to get their meds... upwards of at LEAST 5 minutes or more per vehicle. OMG man. This is ridiculous! Got to the window and realized why.... the dude in their was so slllooowwww just inputting info. Then even slower retrieving the meds."

"They filled my RX of blood pressure medicine incorrectly. I am here picking it up and this lady straight up told me I would have to wait till after Hurricane Ian passed because they close in 30 minutes and they are working on other things. I said ma’am, I’m not leaving without my blood pressure medication and it’s not my fault your pharmacy filled all three months and not just one. I will not be leaving without my medication and I turned my car off. So I am sitting here waiting with a line of ppl behind me. Big bet. I can wait."
