"I had a terrible experience at IHOP. The service was slow and the food was awful. We waited for a long time to get our food, and when it came, it was cold and tasteless. The worst part was that there was a hair in my kid's eggs. It was so gross and unhygienic. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I left the restaurant feeling angry and disgusted. I will never eat at IHOP again. It was a horrible way to start the day. I advise everyone to avoid this place."

"Okay, so I'm torn. IHOP is great, good food, great prices.... we only waited 15 minutes to be seated on a Sunday after church, awesome! Why did we wait 5 minutes before our waitress greeted us? 10 minutes for the coffee, juice, and water?! Then it took our food over 35 minutes to come out!!!?? No steaks or specialty items, no large parties in house and there were even empty tables! just pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage!!!! I don't understand. Do better, keep us informed if the kitchen is slow , short staffed or behind."

"3 times now. 3 times I've had my order cancelled within 10min of the pickup time because they apparently can't fry anything. Last time, I ordered 2 days in advance just to make sure. Got a cancellation as I was pulling in to pickup. They don't want my money, I'll just pick one of the 2000 other food establishments within a 3 mile radius. I'm guessing it's a franchise and the owner has just given up. Also, here comes the canned bot response on how they care about their customers blah blah blah. Don't waste your time or money. Much better places around."

"Since we first walked in, my daughter and I were greeted and sat down immediately. Our waitress Jessica was amazing. She was so attentive and very sweet. The food was very yummy and hit the spot. It was very flavorful and fresh tasting. We left completely full and happy. Definitely recommend and will come back."
