"No matter how much in advance you order your prescription they will always tell you when you arrive that they are working on it and it will be 20 minutes before it is ready"

"Some employees are legitimately kind, but the pharmacy staff can be horrible. I have wasted so many hours of my life either going to pick something up that wasn’t ready or waiting for a prescription to be filled. I had to go to a manager for the first time in my life because the pharmacist, Brenda, was making me wait hours for a prescription that HAS to be taken in the morning and I got there before they opened. She also called my doctor and left him a voicemail that he said was the strangest voicemail he’s ever received from a pharmacist. I switched and highly recommend that anyone else having these issues does the same. Bob is the only reason that I’m giving two stars - he is very kind and takes the time to explain what’s going on without chewing you out."

"The staff are always overwhelmed and rude. I went to pick up prescriptions and the price and insurance were not correct. I tried to explain to the pharmacy tech but they walked away and started helping another guest. I stood waiting until another tech came over and took care of it. I have multiple experiences like this - I have tried to call corporate to provide feedback however no one ever calls back to receive the input in the issues. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to an alternate pharmacy."

"Have prescriptions sent over to be filled and are told will be ready at a certain time but every month have to wait or are told to come back in hour. When you come back hour later it’s still 30 to 45 min wait to pick them up. I understand having to wait but be realistic with your time frame so as not to waist my time unnecessarily please."

"I get prescriptions monthly, have been to different pharmacies all over the island. Kroger's pharmacy is by far the best, pharmacist and pharm techs super helpful and nice, quick, and cheap."
