"My biscuit was old and crunchy, but what really surprised me was that they left a car broken down in the drive thru. No one helped this poor lady to move it, and it caused me and others to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes until cars started to go around her. When I got to the cashier, I told her about the car blocking the drive thru and she said they knew about it... didn't appologize or anything (let alone someone help her push it out of the drive thru)... Nobody there cares about service or quality... so if all of this is happening where I can see, then what is happening where I can't see?? I will avoid this location from now on because none of the employees care."

"The service score relates primarily to the fact that I spent 28 minutes in drive thru from arrival to departure before I got my steak biscuit. The food was good, but to borrow a phrase regarding why I don't go to Hardee's frequently- the juice isn't worth the squeeze..."

"These folks are pitiful! The wait in the drive thru was bad enough they made my biscuit wrong & gave us the wrong drink. The ham was not Country ham, but sandwich meat!! Pathetic! For what we just paid for 2 biscuits we could have gotten a whole meal!!"

"The ladies that worked last night (January 6 2024) were great. They were about to close up and they were still willing to take our order. You guys need to take note of their genuine, friendly and welcoming personalities and use it as a guide for future hiring practices. I was so pleased. Thank you ladies that worked last night you helped me when I needed it."

"I ordered two Super Star burgers, one Mushroom Swiss, and two orders of fries, and only waited a few minutes before being handed the bag. After checking the bag, I had to knock on the window to get the fries I had ordered. When I got home, we discovered none of the burgers had been properly prepared (no tomatoes, pickles, or special sauce, only one slice of cheese on the super star burgers, hardly any mayo or ketchup. The mushroom Swiss was lacking mushrooms and had maybe a teaspoon of gravy). All of the beef patties were completely dry. I called them to let them know, and they said they would remake them all. They almost got them right the 2d time around. The super stars were still missing pickles, the mushroom Swiss was still lacking mushrooms and gravy, and all the patties were dry as bones. It will be a while before we come back for something other than breakfast."
