"I gave this place a second try but the food is horrible and the workers are rude. I waited for more than 30 minutes for my food and it was messy and cold. I told one worker ( big white woman or other ethnicity) that I’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes and she got disrespectful telling me my food will come out. I came inside to try to get help from someone else but, the other worker (skinny white woman) just looked at me and rolled her eyes and proceeded to cook. Once I finally got my order remade the manger (old big white woman) sat it on the counter telling have a nice day with an attitude."

"Driving back from an appointment my coworker and I thought it would be convenient to place a mobile order for Taco Bell for a quick bite to eat. We were about 10mims out. By the time we arrived our app showed our order was ready. This was great because after 3 hours in the car we were hungry. We've now been sitting in the store for 25mins after notifying staff our order wasn't ready. Still no food... What's going on taco bell?"

"Just came here. Food was wrong young lady at the window don’t know her name she acted very dumb lost and was lying. She could not give me anyone’s name so when I asked for a manager, he said white guy came brush me off at the very nonchalant then at the vet I’ll come it was made stating I don’t wanna deal with that because my food was wrong, this was very unprofessional poor customer service in theory very and very racial the GM did not even come to the front to handle the situation. I was brushed off when complaining about my food they would not give me the name they mad about everything come to find out her name is Kelly never addressed the situation I had to put one stars just to write a post never again when I patronize this business or give it any money because the staff that’s working tonight. Rude very rude show some racism and Lot about everything."

"This store, while improving, is a mess and it's empty drive thru shows it. In an area where nearly every drive through is full and has cars in the lot, I can usually drive right in here. The service has went from bad to worse. My last order was completely wrong and full of tomatoes even though they were told no tomatoes in the order because of a FOOD ALLERGY. Now they are just strait up trying to kill people there. It hasn't helped that their menu has been changing eliminating some favorites. The addition of more and more pre-prepared bagged foods that are substantially lower quality than freshly prepared ingredients has turned this from a fast but fresh food mecca into a dying chain. Many of their foods don't carry out well and their quality becomes so low as to be inedible after even a short drive so I generally dine in."
