"Hey, we all know moving is a PAIN! I always shop prices and attempt to gauge customer service by simple units of measurement. 1) callback time 2) agent with product knowledge 3) ideas to save me$$. Insurance is important, BUT much of it is like getting undercoating on your car, or a 3 year service guarantee on a coffee maker. These guys cut through the baloney and are quick, attentive, and actually have ideas to suit your individual needs. I highly recommend my agent Jackson Wood, the guy is on the ball. I'm a "grinder" and appreciate the people who get "r" done. That's Jackson! BTW - I always check ALL the independent agents and have them run quotes from ALL their companies. "After getting into a car accident yesterday, I was told to bring the collision report to my insurance company, State Farm. We use Shirley Padgett, but we live right next to Stiles B. I went to drop off my report to Stiles B since State Farm is my insurance company, and Stiles B is also a State Farm. I walked in the door, explaining that I had been on and off the phone with Shirley Padgett today and had the police accident report to submit. This office said they couldn’t help me, and they wouldn’t even look at the report. I left, called Shirley’s branch to share this information, and drove to her branch to complete this task. On the phone and in the office, I was informed that they technically have different owners but are the same company. Additionally, I was told that it would have been very easy for Stiles B’s State Farm to just fax the form over and that this is something that different State Farm offices do for each other easily all the time. I had been in tears most of yesterday and today. A small fax from the same company to the same company could’ve gone a long way. I don’t recommend Stiles B’s office to anybody. Extremely rude and unprofessional."
