"They always go above and beyond for me"

"Pharmacy personnel including the actual pharmacist do not know the answers about the OTC products that are sold in the pharmacy/medical section of their own store. The last time I asked the pharmacist if they carried a certain product, his answer was, "I don't know, you'll have to go look for yourself." My biggest complaint against them and the reason I will never use them as my pharmacy is because they do NOT follow federal guidelines and violate patient's/customer's HIPAA privacy laws. When the manager was notified about this, a password was added on to the person's prescription information and the staff was supposed to ask for the password anytime someone went to inquire about this particular patient's medications, but yet they STILL didn't ask for it when I myself called on behalf of the person to see if they were taking the extra precaution, which they weren't, so they lost a customer.."

"Clean inside and the store front. Staffed well, so there is less wait time....and in my experiences the staff is also friendly. Well lit, organized and stocked. Pharmacy staff is helpful and pleasant. I've only had one negative experience with a particular lady. The wait times are great, and there is never a long line at the pharmacy drive through.... from all the times I've visited and passing by."

"I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy. My son's new insurance card hadn't come in yet, so I got all the info I could. When I went to pick up his prescription they told me they can't look his information up. Didn't even try to call the insurance company or anything. Pure laziness. But publix was able to look it up and have it ready within 30 minutes. I like this Wal-Mart and thought staying at one style would be good, but it's just a waste. Y'all need some customer service training. Lazy."

"The service was great and the pharmacy was fast with a very short wait time. The pharmacists are friendly and very knowledgeable about the medications. The staff is very friendly and helpful anytime you are there."
