"2/6/24: I went through the drive thru for lunch around 12:30. The order taker spoke clearly and repeated my order. I paid, was handed my drink and frosty then asked to pull forward. The food came within a couple minutes. The fries were hot and the sandwich was freshly made. But it wasn't the sandwich I ordered. I was starving so I tried to eat it but it was gross. I wasn't able to go back to request the correct one. No big deal but it bummed me out."

"The staff were extremely rude. We sat in the Drive-through and nobody said anything so I said hello? And the staff person came on and said “ give me a minute“ and she said it was such nastiness, she should definitely not be in the service industry. It’s so common here in South Carolina to run into bad service and I’m getting pretty sick of it. The girl at the window was nice and the food was average"

"This store just got a renovation, so the inside is clean, but they continue to get orders wrong. I made 5 mobile orders in the past week. They got 1 out of 5 orders correct. Always missing something. Missing a sandwich one day. Missing a french fry another day. I pay for the items. I don't receive them. It's theft."

"Take 15 minutes to get two frostys. Person at the ordering window was extremely short and rude. Asked to get a certain flavor which was proudly displayed on the menu then was told they don't have it. Only had one flavor, chocolate. Not like I care but take the item off your menu if you're not going to serve it."

"Clean store, clean parking lot. Friendly staff. Order at the register. Able to use Apple Pay. Coke products including Coke Zero but no fountain machine! Maybe you can ask for a refill?"
