"This is the worst subway in history its nasty and the workers they have there at night are rude you pay 8 to 15 bucks for a sub and don't even get what u paid for cause the workers are just lazy."
"This is one of the dirtiest Subways I have ever visited. The staff have been nice every time I have visited, however no one is interested in cleaning up the dining area, and it shows by the "B" rating on the door. 3 STARS is a gift."
"Friendly staff, but WAY UNDERSTAFFED!!!! We waited about in all 25-30 minutes and drive thru and mobile orders were more of a priority than customers inside who have already been waiting! If they got more staff would be better!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. Store is advertised as closing at 10:00 PM and accepting online orders up until 9:30 PM. I had my order in at 9:20 and received a call 5 mimutes later stating that everything had been put up already and asking if I would like a refund. Upon stating that I would like my food not a refund and asking what the issue was since it was only 9:25, the lady said she was issuing a refund and hanging up the phone because I was "rude". After arriving at the subway at 9:35, while the open sign was still on and flashing, the door was locked, all the chairs were put on the tables, and the lady from the phone call was sweeping. After refusing to unlock the door or make our food, the manager, who was not even on site, then proceeded to call the law on my family and put us all on no trespass notice. How professional. Upon talking to other people in the parking lot I then found out people that arrived at 9:15 were being refused service. This subway has lazy workers and an unprofessional manager. After leaving subway and going to a nearby Taco Bell, my family received a free meal after hearing what had happened. Do not waste your money to a franchise undeserving of it, spend it at Taco Bell, where they actually care."
"☆Received 1 Star for being open☆ *OUT OF THE FOLLOWING* -Teriyaki Chicken. -Cold Cut -Bacon. -Avacado. -Meatballs -Flatbread. -Swiss cheese -Steak should be cooking as I and another customer got the last of it (employee explained to another customer) *Takeout order from inside *Location seems clean and sanitary *Neither employee wore a mask! *Poor customer service!!..as it resembles a computer simulation: very lethargic in tone of voice and without any emotion. Stephen Hawking may have done better. Walked inside at 5:50pm and it's basically a wasteland. The two young ladies working didn't greet us, nor did they acknowledge our presence at all. They only spoke a few things to each other while continuing what they were doing. We waited for about 7 minutes before one of them came over and spoke to us. Even though we still didn't get greeted (only asked what we wanted), we placed our order for 3 ft. longs. Without any enthusiasm or positivity in voice or action; she began making the order, asking the usual questions. I had to repeat myself on a couple of things, which would be fine if I felt she was paying attention to me. She seemed dazed, confused, tired, or simply unhappy. Upon completing the order; during checkout, was the only time she seemed happy when she spoke. Her sentence was spoken at a tone which I could hear her clearly. *We got home with the food; though the subs were marked correctly to know which was which, there was something unfortunate that followed us home: one sub had black olives on it that weren't asked for. She did; however, add all the extra jalapeños that my guy wanted to his. That would mask the taste of all the olives because he doesn't really care for them that much. It was just as I thought, she wasn't paying attention to us or what she was doing. *Normally, the experience at this location is much better, even though it's usually while they're busy, earlier in the day. Reluctantly, we will return because let's face it... there's not many choices in Batesburg. Sincerely, Sad in Samaria"
