"8/2023 Wished they would make up their minds regarding their closing times! They are constantly changing without notice for over 2 years now- Even if they're short on staff, they can always get others to stand in- drive-thru is a nightmare, like do these ppl even realize how hot it is sitting in a car for 20-30 minutes w cars backed up into the main road? No room for them to get around it! ALSO, I absolutely HATE their new "interactive phone system" ! I DO NOT want to speak out loud who/what I need to speak to especially if I'm in a public place!! I refuse to use it and now I'm changing pharmacies- Can't rely on this one for anything!"

"I was greeted by a young lady named Alysa. While she was trying to explain something to me, someone interrupted us. She handled the situation very gracefully. I was able to get my prescription and over the counter meds quickly. Great service."

"Pharmacist was extremely rude! She misunderstood what I said and reacted rudely, I noticed that she must’ve misheard me so I tried to explain myself. Before I even finished my sentence she stormed away and began complaining to her coworker. They began laughing and she never came back to finish my transaction, instead the coworker did so. I wish I could’ve called and explained to her what happened but they closed and I doubt I’ll have the chance. Maybe it’s for the better, she was very mean and was trying to be a victim. I apologise for what happened but I did not deserve that kind of treatment at all."

"Had to get a script today and I found a cheaper price than they quoted me & the pharmacist didn't want to honor the price I found & refused to talk to the representative of SingleCare & the representative of SingleCare said that the pharmacist was being unprofessional & had extremely poor customer service I will NOT be doing business with them anymore."
