"I have been a customer for years and have always been pleased with Paul and others at the pharmacy. However, yesterday I called to find out the status of one of my prescriptions and was told it was back ordered. Paul had called me 7 or 8 days earlier and said he could fill 30 of the 90 pill order. As I had 9 pills left, I told him I could wait a few days. Now I find out that there was a major recall of this medication and that CVS in Bluffton has no supply and I'm down to 2 pills. I was told I could drive to Hardeeville to get some. I feel I should have been told earlier that there was a problem."

"Sometimes they are friendly Most time ,Not really! I can call to ask a Question and before im done asking or talking they just hang up. The Pharmacy Tech (Women) Everytime I have been there to pick up or fill a script for myself or my Grandmother she just acts rude, Its not that she says anything out of the way,its more so What she does not say and just her over all attitude. I have seen her this way with other customers, or even people asking about information on a health item.She acts like its such a strain Job for her to help people and count pills. I could understand going in there after a long day and some one maybe has been unkind to the women but NO MATTER MORNING ,MID OR AFTER NOON same attitude. I really do not appreciate it at all, and the Other CVS is even worse!! I'm SOO close to leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I dont have to put up with rudeness coming from her in person and over the phone,same goes for the older pharmacist. It seems they just want to give you your meds and u get the hell out, which at this point is fine by me when it comes to using them. I have been using them about a year now and enough is enough Update: Pharmacist VERY RUDE! He told me I couldn't take 2 certain medication my Dr has been giving me for years,told my Dr about it and he was Livid even called personally and asked What Medical school he went to undermind him.My Dr is a well known respected Man and has been a Dr 35+ years he knows what he is doing. So,when I went in to fill jerk told me to transfer somewhere else and would not fill It!! It's NOT EVEN A CONTROLLED Substance Medication.Smh"

"I can't remember the lady's name but she was at the Consultation counter around lunchtime today. They didn't have the medicine to fill one of my prescriptions. She was kind enough to call not 1, but 4 different pharmacies for me to see which one had it. Obviously saved me a lot of time and aggravation. I feel that she went above and beyond!! Thank You"
