"We had a large order this morning for biscuits and coffee for our employees and other guests. The biscuits were mushy and disgusting as commented by several people. There were NO condiments or napkins packaged with the food. We did get coffee creamer and sugar. I have honestly never been a fan of CFA biscuits and today was just another confirmation of why!! Embarrassing!"

"Not the usual Chick Fil A experience we're used to, but maybe they were having an off day. The available tables were all dirty. Had to clean them ourselves. Waiting to get a drink refill, had three people look at me, walk right by me who weren't doing anything else but standing there. I eventually just left. This is not the norm for Chick Fil A. They are usually 100%, but like I said, maybe just having an off day. It happens to all of us sometimes. Definitely won't affect me going back there. Love Chick Fil A!"

"Mr. Tucker (Owner), has a great staff. He trains them well for great service. Always polite and helpful. Food is always fresh and hot. If you do run into a food issue (which you will everywhere you go to eat) they are sincere with genuine apologies and quick to make it right, no issues."

"Very disappointed. I ordered a large fry so I’d have more fries—they even charged more for it. But they barely filled the container and stuffed sauces at the top instead of fries to hide it. There’s less fries in this container than a small box. Ridiculous. Pay attention and check your orders closely before you pull away folks."

"My grand daughter and I go here every chance that we get. It is so clean, the people are amazingly friendly and helpful, and the food is always delicious. Kinsey Jo loves the indoor playroom more than anything. Even the other customers that we meet here are just super friendly and happy. We love it."
