"Apparently the ice cream machine has been broken for 6 months. So instead of refunding me for my missing shake I get told I can have coupons. Unacceptable. My food was undercooked and stale as well and the onion rings were mushy. I've never had such a problem with burger king and it's a shame a place can be run like this. The wait for my food was also ridiculous especially considering there was hardly anyone dining there or in the drive thru. After attempting to be refunded and not wanting coupons instead of a refund I am now being ignored. This is no way to run a business and the customer service is awful. If I could give zero stars I would."

"I had 2 double sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches. I noticed they heated up my sausage patties by throwing them into the deep fryer. Is this how the employees are trained? Is this an approved method for warming up sausage in a vat of grease?"

"I have some damn type of creature in my burger. So disgusting I do t even know if we ate any?"

"As always the food was great. The fries are salted just the way I like them. The food also stayed hot until I got home and was ready to eat them. Love Burger King."

"This is the BEST Burger King! The staff is always so friendly. They greet you right away and the food is always fresh and hot. On this particular day I went to the drive thru. She said she wanted me to have fresh French fries and asked if I would pull into one of their waiting spots. I was happy to! Most places would have served the old ones at the drive thru. I love this Burger King."
