"Purchased a covid test kit. Found that it had been opened and some items were missing. Returned the kit yo cvs with my receipt, only to be told that it could not be returned. Filed a complaint with customer service and am waiting for a response. Case #S-10503469"

"This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life ! The pharmacy Christina talks to you in such a degrading way. They are very unhelpful and trying to find medication other cvs pharmacies ‘their medication at this location seems to always not be available when needed. I wouldn’t go there if you have any questions about anything you won’t get any health or you will get talk to negatively. I understand people get busy, but it’s no way to talk to people who pay very good money . And if you actually do happen to get medicine from here, it’s either a not ready when they say it is ready or be she will argue with you on what your doctor prescribed you I shouldn’t have to go to a pharmacy that tells me I shouldn’t be taking this. I go to a doctor for them to tell me what I need not a rude pharmacist. CVS really needs to look into who they’re hiring. Especially if they always have a medicine shortage. I hope corporate sees this and looks further into it."

"It has taken 3 days for CVS to transfer an anti rejection drug from one stop location to another. This is entirely unacceptable ! I have to take this medication twice daily to prevent liver rejection !! CVS is killing me !!"
