"Employee didn’t listen and was doing her own thing I asked for certain things and she’d already tried to wrap up my burrito and my wife asked them to remake her burrito instead they took it upon themselves to just re-wrap the burrito which fell short of expected because they just dumped the toppings from the previous one into a new burrito which made it less toppings than what we normally get for the same expensive price and the chips were cold, they should really work on the customer service skills as far as attitude people pay their hard earned money so I would expect to be respected and my food made right won’t be going for a while! This occurred Sunday October 8th 2023 @ 2:00 of course no one wore a name tag but employees on their phone not listening to customers also getting attitudes it’s just ridiculous"
