I understand wanting to go home early on New Years Eve, but you shouldn’t make people wait because you’re selfish. All they had to do is put up a sign or change the hours on Google. Pathetic service. "Make sure you get your change if you pay cash. It seems like a lot is going on in the background so maybe they are distracted. For me the point is not that the amount was $5. It’s the fact that YOU made the mistake, NOT me, by not giving me the receipt OR the change but tried to play me like I’m a person hurting for $5 when informed you of your error. No, it’s principle. Maybe u gave the money to the next customer-i don’t know but you didn’t give it to me and you all were giggling/laughing at the situation like teenagers…but You all are grown."
