"Their food is always great here, and the atmosphere/interior of the restaurant is perfectly fine. Clean restrooms, plenty of parking. The wait staff is hit or miss, some are more attentive than others. The good thing that makes up for it is the fact that all wait staff here do seem to pay attention to things like drinks that need refilling and checking on their whole establishment. There may be a waiter or waitress that gets sidetracked easily with a new table, luckily another wait staff seems to always be on the lookout. The manager coming by to check on all the tables is nice and not commonly seen in many restaurants. Overall, still a nice place to eat while in Greenwood. They don't do anything for birthdays, that's alright... Dairy Queen fills that void."

"Scheduled for a party of 7 after my graduation from PTC a couple of weeks ago. They had the table ready and checked on us regularly. The waitress was amazing and even other staff including the manager checked on us. It really reminded me of how Red Lobster was in the 80's. Thank you all for making a special day for me even better!"

"Greenwood location hands down one of the best- the kitchen knows how to prepare the dishes unlike other locations. We've had several great meals and not one critique about how our meal was. The plates are NEVER overcooked. Bravo to this location- you have a great team putting out dishes. The amazing attentive wait staff can't be beat! We enjoy our visits immensely, thank you!"

"Luvanda was an AMAZING server. We went for my wife's birthday. Actually had dinner mid day. The food was done to perfection. Was loosing faith in service going out to eat since Covid with staffing issues employers have had. By far the best waitress we have had at any Red Lobster past or present Covid!!!"
