"I was very disappointed with the service I received today at this pharmacy. I came for the covid 19 test, and was unable to complete it as I was instructed to insert the cotton swab vertically instead of horizontally as multiple medical sources show online (which I later found out). If I had proceeded as instructed I may have damaged my olfactory nerves!! As it was, it made my nose bleed, and the person who assisted me acted annoyed that I wouldn't shove the swab further up my nose. If you are going to have this test done, go to Assembly St! My wife had a much more professional, almost pain free experience there with the proper instruction. Also, I recommend watching a few videos online from reputable sources before going so you can know how its supposed to be performed..."

"Horrible Pharmacy Service and lines both inside and Drive thru! It is always a 25 -45 min wait. It is so Ridiculous. Please send more staff to help these people at this Pharmacy. No one should have to wait this Long."

"The worst pharmacy I've ever worked with. They never do auto refills and are always out of my sons perscriptions, my child will die without these things. The techs don't listen to patients and are rude and judgemental. They treat people who have perscriptions for amphetamines like addicts. Simple tasks become battles, they don't want to work with insurance or doctors offices. Service is extremely slow. This pharmacy is why CVS is losing my business. Disgraceful."
