"I needed help moving a lift chair to my truck to be transported to another town. I told the staff that I would not be home until after 4pm. and call me. When I arrived at the house there was a note saying they had been at the residence. What happened to calling before you come. Wasted everybody's time. My neighbor came over and solved the problem for me. Wow!!!"

"Was checked out by a young girl named Cameron. She did not once look up from her computer, nor engage with me with the slightest greeting. Something as simple as “hi” or “how can I help you”. Was a bit snippy. Needs to learn better customer service skills. Maybe she was having a bad day, but other staff and customers have mentioned the same issue with her. Love my pharmacy and its values, but I am very saddened by my encounter today. Or lack there of."
