Panera Bread

"The soup was watery. I asked to. Fix it. And after we finish we got it to go cups . And when we got home was the same thing all watery not any broccoli as usual."

"I went thru drive-thru to get soup for a family member who had just had oral surgery. We were on our way home from the surgeon's office. We ordered 2 soups both with bread and 3 pastries. It was mid-afternoon and it was very busy. We eventually got our order and drove home. Normally, I would have checked the order prior to leaving, but my cousin was in pain and just wanted to get home and eat and go to bed. Once at home, we noticed that one of the breads was missing. I was going to call, but she was in no shape to ride back to the restaurant."

"Absolutely ridiculous the price vs what you get. My sandwich was basically bread. This was supposed to be the Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt - Stacked Toasted Baguette. Where's the chicken? Every sandwich I've tried barely has any meat. I'm done with place and will actively spread the word about how awful the Greenwood SC location is."

"For a Panera, this is a good location! I came during lunch time and it was nice and quiet in the restaurant. Overall decently clean and the employees are nice and happy. Unfortunately Panera's prices have risen way too much for what it is. The quality of the food hasn't improved but the food has gotten worse. My broccoli cheddar soup did not taste right. It's like the ingredients are worse and there's less broccoli. Either that or it's been watered down! For what I paid, i could go somewhere way better and gotten a large plate of food. Here, I got a tiny soup and tiny salad for nearly $20. Insane. I remember when Panera was about $12-$15 per person. Not coming back unfortunately but the employees were at least nice."

"What a terrible experience. This was a spicy chicken sandwich. If you think this is acceptable, please get out of the food service industry. Come on Panera, you are supposed to be better than this."
