"I was in the process of getting my meds transferred after several rude or could care less attitudes since I became a customer. Well today was going to be the day. I got to the window and was told, we will be with you in a few. No greetings. Then walks up to the window with a smile and a greetings, Ms. Deborah Fulton. She was the nicest employee yet with cvs. She helped me save money on an order my insurance wouldn't pay for. I paid for my transaction and she said have a great day. Deborah Fulton is the MVP for CVS! Many thanks!"

"CVS Pharmacist Mr. Jason is very friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and make sure his customers are helped and satisfied. He doesn’t mind answering questions and not rush the customers when asking questions. Also staff Tech Ms. Debra is very nice and she works very hard as well making sure customers are taking care of. I have been a customer @ this CVS for years and Ms. Debra has always treated customers with a friendly smile no matter how busy they were. Thanks CVS 2410 Charleston Hwy!!!"

"This location has consistently gotten worse over the last several years. Staff has become rude over the phone and will consistently tell you wrong information. Ie: repeatedly told me I did not have an active prescription on file even after I told them that I could see it over their app. Put me on hold for 5 minutes for the young lady on the phone to come back and correct herself saying, "it was under a different name". Pretty sure if you work at a pharmacy you should understand that medications have both a brand and a generic name. The last straw for this location. I won't be back."
