"The pharmacist is super rude and will tell you to come back in 2-3 hours for an in stock prescription when you are literally in the store. I get filling stuff in order...but those other people weren't in the store."

"Both in store and on the phone are awful service. Sat on hold 15 minutes and had to listen to an automated message about vaccines and online services every 30 seconds. I was aggravated by the time she even picked up. In store is no better as they have 1 worker most of the time. Need more employees desperately."

"Best CVS location in the area. Probably the second best pharmacy in Aiken. Meds are always in stock or they can be ordered quickly. Service is fast and friendly. The first time we used them we ended up there because the CVS down the street had failed to fill our prescription correctly again. Ran in five minutes before they closed and they happily filled order. Pharmacist even stayed open an extra 10 minutes to fill the order that day for us."

"Recently moved to Aiken, my family has always used CVS but the other location was not amazing. I called this location and they had my kids medication ready within the hour. When you hear about great customer service this is one of those places. They are well informed and they keep you informed. If the doctor calls in a prescription that isn't covered they quickly call for a reorder Sand they call you to let you know what's going on and when to expect it. This is my new pharmacy home!!!!"
