"I made an online order and showed up about 30 mins after pickup time (my fault for being lazy). Apparently someone else picked up my order, but the team working was absolutely understanding and helpful in cooking my order on the fly when they realized there was a mistake. And I don’t think the mistake was on their end at all, just a miscommunication in general. I appreciate these workers so much for taking care of me and making sure I got my order, they’re amazing. The manager is a stand up guy."

"Really not worth the price. Went there today 2/8/24 and spent nearly $60 on bowls and a stack. The portions were incredibly small especially the protein and chips but the biggest issue is everything was just so bland. We had the seasoned rice as well as cilantro lime, both types of chicken and ground beef and both types of beans. It tasted like nothing was seasoned at all, we even doused everything in queso and it still was just plain and flavorless. Even a bit of salt would have helped but everything honestly just sucked. I don't recommend this place at all, you are better off driving up to the Chipotle in Maudlin. Service was fine so that's a plus but we won't be coming here again."

"Waited an hour plus for my Door Dash order. Chicken quesadilla with extra chicken, add guac & bacon, $20. See below the item that arrived. l called asked for a manager, spoke to an "Eve" that sounded like a child and very blasé about it all. Yep, REFUND PLEASE of my total $43 order!!!"

"I went to Moe's for the first time on my lunch break on 10/05/2023. They staff was very friendly and walked be through everything. The place was very clean and organized. The cashier was so sweet. He literally made my day by just being the nicest person ever. The food was really good. I built my own bold. The ingredients were fresh and really good."

"Good food and quick service. Had a new guy training and he accidentally put my burrito on the grill thinking it was an enchilada. It did mess up the flavor of the guacamole but no hard feelings. I would still come back. The steak burrito bowl was fantastic."
