"Good food but bad service everyone has a bad attitude and complaining that my order was to big an still messed it up. They don’t wear gloves when touching the food and the bagger is opening everything to see what is what. Not happy"

"If you are a first responder and on duty DO NOT come expecting to get served. They flat out refused to serve myself and my partner. Also earlier review shows employees on phone while busy. That happened as well. Contacted corporate and got their standard reply of "We are sorry..... please show this email and get a free combo.....". This place is a joke. Not going back...."

"25 minutes waiting for 2 sausage biscuits and 2 sweet potato pies. Get to the window and wait another 5 mins only to realize they didn't get the order right. Turned around went inside and most of the workers are just lounging in the dining area. I honestly don't know how this place stays open. Saw more customers pull out of line and leave than I saw get served. Place has went down hill."

"I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I experienced at the Bojangles drive-through located in Laurens. Today, I arrived at 6:08 AM hoping to be promptly served, as I had an appointment and needed a quick meal. To my dismay, there was a car parked in front of me that had been waiting since 6 AM. This already indicated a lack of efficiency in the drive-through process. Typically, when I visit this particular Bojangles location, I encounter poor service, with employees often standing around doing nothing, engrossed in their personal conversations or blatantly ignoring customers. However, today was an even worse experience as there was only one employee present, who was parked outside in their car. It seemed as though the place was deserted, leaving no one available to assist customers. As a customer, I expect adequate staffing during operational hours, especially since this is not the first time I have encountered such issues at this establishment. It is disheartening to see a consistent lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. This visit has left me entirely unsatisfied and hungry, as I was unable to grab something to eat before my appointment. I implore the management at Bojangles to take immediate action to address these ongoing service and staffing issues. Customers should not have to endure such subpar experiences, particularly during normal operating hours..."

"It s about 8 people waiting on their food,and the workers are waking around doing nothing,on their cell phone.all that good stuff. The young lady shirt was so dirty that I almost got my money back. Every time it's a long line,their customer service is POOR! The chicken had day old grease taste,I feel like taking it back. I threw up trying to eat it. Very disappointed!!!!"
