"the worst customer service I ever experienced. seacoast cancelled my property insurance with no notification they were going to do so. I didn't receive any form of correspondence from seacoast or my broker. I tried to contact seacoast via telephone and got no response. Then by email and I received a automatic response with a incident number. In my opinion seacoast should have contacted me before cancelling my policy and i would have gladly provided them with all the photos they wanted. i hope seacoast and I can do business in a professional manner. I also blame my broker. I want to know why wasn't I contacted prior to cancellation , and who is responsible. I am going to contact the Florida Insurance commission this morning to file a complaint."
