"Stopped in for a late lunch and wasn't expecting much beyond the usual. I was pleasantly surprised this time because the service my fiancee and I received from Tim was above and beyond what we are used to at any fast food restaurant. He cared about the quality of order instead of just trying to get us out the door. Tim gave us a great experience and guaranteed us coming back the next time we want a quick lunch."

"Visited this location to place an order. As I approached the counter the young lady working didn't acknowledge me in any way. I patiently waited. Then a second young lady comes to assist her and the two began debating who was going to take my order. This is my mindset- I come to get food not a showcase of willful ignorance nor sophomoric antics. Won't be back."

"i asked for no lettuce , bell peppers banana peppers & Mayo mustard. Got none of it & lots of lettuce. Called the restaurant and there was nothing they could do other than say at some point this week they will look at cameras to see if it does have lettuce. It’s ridiculous, it’s ridiculous that I had to call for such small detail after so many times of having to get it right at the same Subway. Save your time & money.. Subway in Simpsonville is better & fast great customer service."
