"August 2019, I went to her with my back lower molars hurting. I could not chew. They were very nice and cleaned my teeth and took x-rays. Dr Galloway told me I needed crowns on my lower back molars. I tried to set up for an appointment which got lost in the hurricane Dorian shuffle. I contacted them several times by email and was told to wait until they got back with me. They never did, so I set up an appointment with Dr McKinley as I was in pain. He said “no crowns” your molars are broken vertically, they have to come out. The oral surgeon also confirmed before the surgery that they were broken beyond repair. Boy was I glad I sought another opinion after her office did not follow through."
