"This is not always the case, but I had a poor experience with Maginnis orthodontist while in Pooler(1st time). I normally drive to Savannah but I was told that the Dr that I preferred, would be located in Pooler. The aid had an attitude prior to my daughter sitting at her chair. So much so, that she forgot to ask my daughter if she wanted to brush her teeth before starting and neglected to spray her teeth as well( normal protocol). Again, our experience with Maginnis is always pleasant, this was a first. Also, if they could please notify the patients of when there has been a change of schedule with the doctor that they were assigned to that would be good. Thank you."
