"My wife ordered online. Got to the window to pick up and asked of I had a kids meal with just toasted bread. I told them yes. They told me they would have to charge for the toasted bread and I told them that would be fine. A different employee came to the window to give me the toasted bread and informed me "ill give you this for free this time but never again. Next time you better order a kids meal if you just wanted toasted bread", shut the window and starred me down until I drove off. We ordered online and Subway online has no way to order a kids meal. To make it more clear: SUBWAY ONLINE ORDERS DOES NOT HAVE A WAY TO ORDER KIDS MEALS. Not only do they need to learn their own website work but need treat customers better. Also when I got home that "just toasted bread" had mayo and cheese on it so my daughter refused to eat it."
