"These people are the worst. I tried to call for 3 hours to get a hold of some one at the pharmacy to no avail. I finely called the store itself and stared to explain to the woman that answered the phone what happened and instead of trying to help me get in touch with some one she just said you’ll just have to keep trying sir and then when I asked to speak with store manager she hung up on me . Wow stay away from these people . There service is terrible"

"Tend to be a bit slow and seemingly understaffed at pickup rush times. Waits as long as 20 minutes. OTOH, many of those waits are because the one person at the counter is doing his or her best to help people with problems (and the pharmacy does seem to staff to get the orders filled, just not efficient at handling the counter rush). Things seem slightly better since Kroger relocated it in the store and modernized it. Publix is much more helpful in one respect -- it took the initiative to find a coupon for a more expensive med. And Kroger can be somewhat to significantly more expensive on some common generics in the ExpressScripts Medicare Part D (state of SC plan) formulary. Definitely check before telling your physician where to send the prescription."

"I've been to this store regularly. Most of time it's a nice experience but everytime I go through self check out the cashier Kiya has been rude, lethargic, and unfriendly attitude about her. When you ask for help she doesn't give you the courtesy of a response and has a lackadaisical attitude towards being helpful. So not only do customers have to ring themselves up but then they're forced to deal with lazy people such as herself ."
