"Your workers are incompetent!! I made a online order at 930 this morning for pickup at 130 pm. My husband gets there at 130 as scheduled and he tells my husband the order not there after giving my name and order number he says it's not here and we picked the wrong location it's in Duncan. I send my screenshot from the order and all of a sudden he finds the order. Hire some better educated workers who knows what they doing Jesus christ!!! My husband ran late to work behind this because he had to wait for it to be made!!!!!"

"Ordered wings and instead they just cut up chicken fingers and tried to pass it off as wings. That plus the food was cold was a huge let down. Was here once before and loved it but now I am not sure if I'll be back"

"If you want to wait an hour and get home with the wrong food this is definitely your place to eat. Place was dirty, cashiers don't pay attention and look around while trying to take your order. Cooks are in the back dancing and messing around while preparing food. Thank goodness no hair was in the food since none of the cooks had hair nets or anything over facial hair."

"The food is good apart from the fact that half of the wings still have feathers on them. Customer service is also awful."

"This place is runs like a well oiled machine, they have really great employees. I've been multipule times cause my husband loves the wings and they are always very busy but deliver high quality food in a reasonable amount of time for how busy they are. The staff are courtious, efficient, and work well together as a team. They show that they genuinely care about customers and make sure everyone gets their food despite a constant influx of customers in person, call-ins and online. These employees should be promoted and Wingstop should do what it takes to retain this excellent talent. Also, I love that this location has strawberry fanta. One thing I would say to corporate, get some vegan options! You can be an unhealthy vegetarian here (cheese fries with ranch and celery/carrots) but as a vegan all you can do is snack on carrots/celery for the most part. Competitors have good cauliflower wings or meat substitutes, please make that happen so I can actually eat here with my husband."
