"Second time eating here. Second time with raw, cold food. Wanted to try again since it’s been months since my first experience! The manager on call was professional/nice about the situation, this is most frustrating to say the least. Fries were good."

"My husband loves to get the biggie bag for 5$ it's a good deal. You get to pick between 3 different sandwiches you would want plus you get a 4ps nugget and a small fry and small drink. Not bad for 5$ theses days"

"I don't fast food often, but when I do it's Wendy's. Boiling Springs location is always great, fresh fries and burgers with pleasant drive thru attendants. Never go inside, so can't rate the atmosphere."

"Pictures are from 2 different occasions. So twice I tried THE BACONATOR BACON SANDWICH. They advertise 6 crispy pieces of bacon. Same experience on both occasions. Not 6 but 4 ( more like small half sizes ) and definitely far from crispy. Barely half cooked. Luckily I have a toaster at work and was able to finish cooking the bacon. So tired of all the false advertising... I'm going to try 1 more time. If it's not as it claims to be, I'm going right back in. And I will explain to the manager why I want my money back and why I will not be back. The question is will they care? Sadly probably not. It may be fast food, but it's not cheap. And I expect to get what I paid for. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the customer service and fries were good."

"This is the Wendy’s baconator fries Sad but true! Nothing even close to the picture! Canned cheese and thrown on bacon strip! We orders a small regular burger with nothing on it and it’s pictured as well. Its about half the size of a child’s burger! The other burgers were decent but seems there is not a lot of pride in the quality of the food. People were super nice and customer service was good."
