Without even knowing me every single part of the staff sprung in to make sure I was taken care of within the deadline. Reason #2, they are SO friendly!! The nicest office staff I have ever met. And reason lastly, Dr. Wilmer and his dental hygienists make sure you are comfortable. I cannot stress enough how nerve wrecking a dentist appointment can be as not all of them are nice and make sure you are comfortable but they do! You can tell they all truly care."

"I have been going here since I moved to Summerville last year. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get appointments and the hygienists are very rough...not worth it. I am due in June for a cleaning and their next appointments were in August! The rude lady Missy on the phone said they could put me on a waitlist. I told her last time I did that I was harassed daily by phone calls. I work in a hospital and cannot take calls easily and certainly definitely cannot drop what I am doing to for a dental cleaning. Missy was super rude and said "Oh well, that is just how is dentist likes to run his practice". What a horrible way to run a practice and treat people, to harass them daily with calls and expect them to drop what they are doing for a cleaning. I will never go back here. Time for a new dentist. He was not even good anyway, all he did was take 30 seconds to look at my teeth and make awkward small talk. Total waste of time. Do not recommend going here."

"Have been going to Dr. Wimer for years and love him. My recent appointment was the best experience I’ve had in his office. I went in for dental work on 6/29/22 and I was with his assistant, MK and she was fabulous! I was there for almost three hours and she made my time there so pleasant. She was very personable, professional, and just fun to be around. She has an infectious laugh and upbeat personality that makes you love being around her! Thanks MK for taking such good care of me. You made my not so fun appointment a million times better!!! I appreciate you!"
