"Horrible! My very first appointment i was told to arrive at 745am. When i arrived the office was completly empty! No one greeted me or anything. I waited until 8am and called, i was routed to a call center. While i was on the phone still no one showed up. The response i got was that they were in a meeting! If thats tge case dont ask patients to arrive at time your not available. This was MY FIRST APPOINTMENT. UNPROFESSIONAL."

"I scheduled an appointment in advance. I had the text messages and emails to confirm appointment, and even did the E-check in. I had an email less than 24 hours from appointment to remind me. I drove all the way to the office and they told me they cancelled the appointment. I did not get a call or anything. You would think with an office that calls, text, and emails your appointment and ask for your confirmation, that they would be able to stay on top of their schedule."

"I have been in and out of this office with my boyfriend who has experienced incredible tooth pain. Dr. Rhiannon Fullenkamp recommended a crown for one of his teeth and it has not stopped bothering him for a month. Dr. Rhiannon had to leave the practice to move because of military purposes I believe, and my boyfriend had to go to a different clinic in moncks corner to get that tooth extracted as he couldn't eat or sleep. Rhiannon never advised a root canal to him verbatim, and stated that if the tooth didn't get better she would do everything she could to help it. He always felt like she was rushing him out of appointments for other customers(we don't have insurance.) And she just didn't seem to really care much, just wanted to rush him out of there and get to the people that probably paid more(just the vibe we got.) The front desk was always kind though. Now we're stuck paying off the crown for that tooth that he no longer has because "they can't do anything" since the Dr put that he might need a root canal in her notes, but never to him personally. The only reason he got the crown was because of her recommendation. So we're stuck paying a bill for a poor recommendation and also a bill for the emergency extraction that he had to have on that tooth. Not to mention the pain he went through for a month. Update: They sent an auto response to contact them. We literally have contacted them over a period of weeks to see if they could at least shave off some of the money we're paying for the crown that isn't there. They don't care and put an auto response so they would look like they do."

"Let’s start by saying I am a chicken! But first impressions make all the difference. I called this dentist by mistake then called my real dentist the receptionist at the first one was amazing called my dentist she was awful! Needless to say I called back the first one to make an appointment long overdue! They were amazing! Dealing with me is not easy! 5 stars from start to finish! They didn’t make me feel bad and were just amazing for me to say that about a dentist is something!! Go to them!"

"I had to change dental offices because my insurance has changed. I had a hard time to find a dental office that accepts the type of dental insurance that I have. About four weeks ago my insurance recommended this place ,the only office near my zip code .I was very skeptical at first ,but after my new patient appointment , I can honestly say that this has been the best dental appointment I’ve ever had!!!! From the moment I walked in till the moment I left that building! All staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, courteous and very gentle ! Not to mention that the attention to details blew my mind! The best part is that everybody’s vibe was so positive and genuine! The service was very thorough , suggestions or recommendations were wonderful and the pricing was explained very clearly! I will definitely recommend this office to everybody!"
