"This McDonald's has been doing a lot better. I use to honestly avoid getting any kind of burger because it would always be messed up somehow, but I haven't had any issues in probably the past year. "“Fast food” definitely hasn’t been fast lately. The last several times I’ve been, they were extremely slow. There’s been customers lined up in the lobby waiting to order and there won’t even be an employee at the front counter for quite some time and if they happen to pass by, they don’t even acknowledge you, then we end up waiting forever for our food. Gave them another shot today, go through the drive through, get my drinks and they ask me to pull up. 27 minutes later, I finally got my food. I’m not sure why it took 27 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers, a 10 piece, 2 fries and 2 happy meals, but I won’t be going back."
"As usual, the order was wrong. It takes forever to get someone to take an order on you inside. They just dont pay attention and keep interrupting to ask if you want what they suggest. I have been ordering this stuff since the 70s. I know how to do it. They have about 6 people trying to work the drive thru. The people working in the store just don't seem to care. So very sad. They took a fun and excitement out of fast food and ruined it. But this is the normal for almost every place you go these days. It's not just McDonald's."
