Wendy's

"I should have left a review from a few months ago when I stopped here but I chose not to. Whoever the lady was working the drive thru months ago was rude and had an attitude so I left and chose not to order. Now fast forward to today. I gave them another chance. Pull in the drive thru same result. Lady had an attitude. Besides that the food at this Wendy’s just isn’t that good . Maybe I’ll try again in the future. But it’s gonna be a long time before I go back to this one."

"I really hate leaving bad reviews. However, I leave good reviews for good businesses and bad reviews for ones like this Wendy's. I see, from the other reviews, that I'm not alone. We were passing by on the interstate when we spotted the sign. We prefer to eat healthy fast food and like their salads. However, the whole experience was really weird. The woman taking the orders had an attitude and tone of voice that was so nasty, we couldn't be sure she wouldn't spit in our drinks/food. When we pulled up, she immediately informed us we'd have to wait. We waited some long minutes (no cars ahead of us) until I hesitantly asked if they could take our order yet. She snapped and told us that she'd get around to us when she was good and ready. We chose to leave immediately and go to the Mexican restaurant across the street. We're SO happy we did! Ditch the standard stuff you can get anywhere and go to Cocula for excellent service and wonderful food! So... Bad experience for the first time at a Wendy's, but a good discovery as a result!"

"The restaurant was clean and not busy when we showed up. The staff was friendly and took our order without any issues. Our food was served quickly and it was good. The only issue we experienced was with one of the employees vaping inside the store. It appeared that they were on break and they were sitting with some other folks in the lobby."

"Not a good day for this Wendy's in Columbus, NC. Cashier TOO busy helping to put together orders and not taking orders. Wife ordered single burger, no cheese (got a single WITH cheese); cashier couldn't give proper discount from website; the price of a drink on the order board was .10 cents less than what the cashier was charging us, I ordered crispy chicken and got a BLT. The Chili was good though!"
