I drove from Charlotte to here for an hour and half with one year old, and they told me they don’t have and have not had it for a long time. Such disappointment and dissatisfaction."

"I came for the special $59 exam as I’m on a limited income. Did very well with the doc she is super sweet and very knowledgeable! All staff did well with the customer service but the last thing was paying for my glasses and Kim was very helpful. She listened to my needs and helped to arrange a price so affordable! I just had to ask if I could get new lenses in my Ralph Lauren frames from two years ago. They’re my favorite! And she did take them and less than a week they were in. They look great, gray transition plastic lenses work perfect and I feel good about my experience. Thank you all so very much!! I’m a new customer who lives close by! Go see them."
