"Good at times, deficient when busy with a few clients, personalized sometimes, almost good, sometimes disorganized, they insist on checking and double checking emails on the phone no matter how clear are your instructions or how busy or sick you are, some of the delivery people knock your door with madness, you better answer in 30 seconds or get ready for a second much noisier knock, they don't like to ring, the extreme? no money for expensive insured medications??: simply: "we can get you that one now, maybe next week, not sure" well, big guys won again, back to the Giant Supermarket chain, they always have money...Note: They called me again, against my will, according to them the problem is not money, it is a bad provider, let's give them the benefit of the doubt, sometimes their pills are not the ones that the big chain carries, one way or another i waited for a pill that never came, same results, maybe their provider has no money to buy expensive pills???"

"My wife and I love Dr. Patel and Lexington Pharmacy. You don’t know how good a pharmacy can be until you start getting your scripts filled here. When your doctor calls in the prescription, she gives us a call to let us know and if there are any problems or concerns with it. She looks at your history and will find medical conflicts. She’ll call the doctor to get clarifications. If she’s doesn’t have something, it’s no problem bc she’ll tell you exactly when she can get it or transfer the script promptly. She even made sure CVS applied the coupon that some expensive brand name medicines have (how thoughtful is that!?). Also very clear and thorough about insurance and coverage. No big prices or surprises. When my wife was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, she took the time to research and ordered the best supplies and then spent over 30 minutes demonstrating and helping my wife learn the process, which can be upsetting and overwhelming. I really can’t say enough nice things but we are so thankful for Lexington Pharmacy and Dr Patel and encourage everyone to give her place a try!"
